Planning for your life after high school is like planning for your summer holiday.
Where do you want to go? How much will it cost? Where will you stay? How will you get there? Where do I get a map?
Once you've decided where you want to go, Youth Connections will help you create a map on how to get there, including:
- Assessing your Skills,
- Interests, & Values,
- Creating a Plan of Action,
- Identifying Barriers to Your Success,
- Accessing Community Resources.

Youth Connections can help you with the steps to go back to high school or go to college, or start an apprenticeship, and figure out how to pay for it!
